Administrator for Preschool

Do you want to work closely with the operations and help create the best possible conditions for our preschools? We are now looking for a meticulous, service-oriented, and structured administrator who wants to become an important part of our administrative team of four people working specifically with preschools. As an administrator with us, you will have a central role in the daily work and support our principals in their tasks. The position is broad and varied, involving both independent responsibility and close collaboration with others. You will work with:

Finance and Follow-Up

• Budget work and ongoing financial administration
• Preparation of forecast materials and financial analyses
• Follow-up of results and support in the operational financial planning

HR and Personnel Administration

• Administrative support in recruitment processes
• Ensuring that employer regulations and routines are followed
• Staffing work and handling short-term absences in preschools
• Personnel administrative tasks related to scheduling, payroll reporting, etc.
• Support and follow-up of the operational personnel planning

Operational Support

• Provide qualified administrative support to the principal in management work
• Assist in producing materials both internally and externally
• Ensure order, structure, and quality in administrative systems
• Support the operations in digital systems
• Develop and streamline work processes

Digital Competence

You need to have a good understanding of systems and be comfortable working in several digital systems simultaneously. You easily adapt to new tools and work data-driven and structured.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, analytical, and structured. You collaborate easily, enjoy providing service, and can switch between different tasks throughout the day. You are self-driven, responsible, and comfortable working both in a team and independently.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education focused on administration or finance
• Documented experience in administrative work with breadth in finance or personnel administration
• Experience in budget work, follow-up, and analysis
• Good ability to work in digital systems and experience in operational support IT environments
• Very good communication skills in both spoken and written form

To start working in preschools, schools, after-school care, and other educational activities, you must provide an extract from the criminal record register. The extract is valid for one year and can be ordered from the Swedish Police Authority www.polisen.se (https://www.polisen.se).

Those who do not present an extract from the criminal record register cannot be employed, contracted, or received in the operations according to current legal requirements.
